Since its foundation in 1912 by Mr. Issei Hatakeyama, EBARA had provided its vast customer base around the world with highly efficient and reliable pumps from a widely spread Global network of state of the art manufacturing facilities for standard pumps used for individual inverter horizontal pump water systems for building service and commercial application, to the semi customized pumps for diversified industries and highly engineered pumps for special applications for energy related facilities like oil and gas, fertilizer plants and power plants.
HVAC is an important part of residential structures such as single family homes, apartment buildings, hotels and senior living facilities, medium to large industrial and office buildings such as skyscrapers and hospitals, vehicles such as cars, trains, airplanes, ships and submarines, and in marine environments, where safe and healthy building conditions are regulated with respect to temperature and humidity, using fresh air from outdoors.
Owners of commercial and institutional buildings face many challenges including aging air conditioning equipment, the rising cost of electric, water and gas utilities, as well as the on-going efforts needed to maintain acceptable indoor air quality and tenant comfort.
Modern IB systems are complex and powerful systems offer many functions for building control and management, which provides a good platform for conducting different tasks of building FM. Therefore, FM has different contents seen from different aspects.

For the ventilation system, three measures were considered to improve the indoor climate conditions in the building: exhaust ventilation without heat recovery, exhaust ventilation with exhaust-air heat pump for heat recovery, and apartment-based balanced ventilation with heat recovery.
In response to the Department of Energy's Energy Conservation Standard for Pumps, the first-ever regulations for commercial and industrial pumps, Xylem brand Bell & Gossett introduced its e-Series line, the only pumps to meet the DOE's efficiency requirements three years in advance of the 2020 compliance date.
